Reasons behind Urinary Tract Infection
Friday, June 26th, 2009The urinary tract is the body’s filtering system for removal of liquid wastes. Ladies are especially susceptible to bacteria which may bacteria that might attack the urinary tract and multiply leading to infection.
Although most urinary tract infections or UTIs are not major, they are painful. Approximately fifty percent of all women will have at least one UTI in her lifetime with many women having many infections throughout their lifetime. Luckily, these infections are easily treated with antibiotics that cause the symptoms to quickly disappear. Some ladies seem are more given to repeated infections than others and for them it could be a frustrating battle.
